A. DESIGN PROCESS / FIRST BUDGET
PRELIMINARY
DESIGN
Working closely with the client and their specific wishes and requirements, we provide a conceptual design, scope baseline, general project schedule and a preliminary budget.
PROJECT EXECUTION
100% completion of the design phase. Provided drawings and specifications suitable for construction. Specifications include the project cost baseline and a quality management plan.
B. CONSTRUCTION & ADMINISTRATION / SECOND BUDGET
CONSTRUCTION & ADMINISTRATION
Execution, administration and construction management, which includes selection, control and supply of labor, contractors and materials.
CLOSING PROCESS
Before closing the contract, we index all the technical and legal documentation related to the project to evaluate our performance and enhance learning for future projects.
