This beautiful home near Parque Juárez in San Miguel de Allende combines a semi-modern architecture with curated classical elements, which work in harmony with a lovely color palette to give its dwellers an everyday amazing experience throughout the many ambiences & spaces this house offers, whether it be in its cozy dining room, the terrace and pool in the second level, or enjoying the fireplace in the grand room.

The use of tall, large hand-made steel windows (Made by Apertura) brings a comforting light to every space. A big, professional kitchen and added outdoor grill give its occupants a wide range of opportunities to enjoy the art of cooking.

6 – 8 PEOPLE (The house was made for 2 people; they fit up to 8 in bedrooms)

The architectural program solution for this home in the vicinity of Parque Juárez in San Miguel de Allende, resulted in the creation of two different master bedrooms to accommodate the needs of its owners.

The more public areas all revolve around a central patio, a Zen-like small garden with a sliding dome in the roof, which provides a lot of light to the dining room, living room and kitchen.

High ceilings and a rather white and light grays palette combine to give this home a palatial feeling.

LA QUINTA

8 PEOPLE (The house was made for 2 people; they fit up to 8 in 4 bedrooms)
Architectural Project: DCPP Architects

The square shaped lot for this house, with a big frontal side, offered the possibility to create a wide garden with a pergola covered terrace, as well as a “Quincho” (grill area), alongside a 2-car garage, while maintaining an open Great Room behind the covered terrace. This floor is complemented with several utility areas.

In the upper floor the bedrooms are accessed and connected through a hallway that features an open Family Room next to the stairs. Terraces and balconies complement the upper floor, bringing light in as well as crossed ventilation.
