We are a Design & Construction Studio specializing in luxury residential property development. FANARQ was founded in 2005 in Mexico City by Architect Felipe Argüelles Name, who moved the company to San Miguel de Allende in 2008.
Since then, FANARQ has collaborated with other design/ build companies to complete over one hundred unique and exceptional homes in the cities of Querétaro and San Miguel de Allende. The firm has received several major awards for design innovation both here in Mexico and internationally.
Today we offer a premium, “all-in” service that handles virtually every aspect from site location and construction to furnishings, accessories, and landscape – all with exceptional attention to detail. Along with a solid portfolio of innovative projects, we’ve also built lasting relationships with grateful clients who enjoy a wonderful San Miguel lifestyle in their custom-designed homes.
We take great pride in the talented in-house proffesionals that design every project and the artisans who skillfully craft all the ironwork for our projects right here in our own workshop. This gives us tremendous flexibility to create custom elements and bold statements which enhance our clients vision and outlook.
